What are LED lash extensions?

LED lash extensions use a special LED-curing adhesive and light to cure the bond instantly. This can improve retention, reduce fumes, and be more comfortable for sensitive eyes compared to traditional lash glue.

Are LED lashes safe for sensitive eyes?

LED lash systems are designed to be lower-fume and more controlled. Many clients with sensitivities find LED more comfortable. However, any lash service can carry a risk of irritation or allergy. If you have very sensitive eyes or a history of reactions, please let us know before your appointment—we may recommend a patch test.

How long do LED lash extensions last?

Most clients enjoy 2–3 weeks of beautiful wear between fills, depending on their natural lash cycle, aftercare, and lifestyle. LED technology can improve retention, but proper cleansing and aftercare are still essential.

How often should I book a fill?

We generally recommend fills every 2–3 weeks. To qualify as a standard fill, at least 40–50% of your extensions should still be on. After 4+ weeks or if there is less than 40% remaining, a new full set or extended fill may be required.

Is lash shampoo really necessary?

Yes. Clean lashes last longer. Oils, makeup, and buildup can weaken the bond and cause premature shedding. Your first full set includes a complimentary lash shampoo so you can wash your lashes at home, restore the pH of the lash line, and support better retention.

Can I wear mascara or eyeliner with lash extensions?

We don’t recommend mascara on extensions, especially hybrid or volume sets, as it can close the fans and cause clumping. If you wear eyeliner, choose a water-based or lash-safe liner and avoid oil-based or waterproof formulas. Always remove eye makeup gently with an oil-free remover.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 15% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged 25% and may require prepayment for future bookings. Full details are available on our Policies page.

Do you work over other artists’ lash extensions (foreign fills)?

Yes, in some cases. We will always do our best to perform a foreign fill; however, if the existing extensions are stuck together, too long or heavy, poorly placed, very grown out, or if you’re requesting a major style change, we may recommend a full removal and new set to protect your natural lashes.

Can I bring my children or guests to my appointment?

For safety and comfort, we ask that children do not attend appointments, as your eyes will be closed and you cannot supervise them. Seating is limited, so please avoid bringing extra guests unless arranged in advance.
