• Prices for services and training are subject to change without prior notice.

The Lash Mentors provides lash, beauty, and training services based on the information you provide. You are responsible for informing your artist or trainer of any allergies, sensitivities, medical concerns, or relevant health conditions before your appointment or training session.

3. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18 (subject to our discretion).
• Have provided accurate contact information and medical/health information as requested.
• Understand and accept the risks associated with lash and beauty services, including potential irritation or allergic reaction.
• Will follow the aftercare instructions provided to you to support the best possible results.

4. Training & Courses

We may offer lash and LED training, workshops, and certification programs through The Lash Mentors. By enrolling in any training:

• You agree to use the techniques and information learned in a safe, professional, and lawful manner.
• Certification, where provided, is based on meeting our standards and assessment criteria and is not a guarantee of employment or income.
• You are responsible for complying with any local licensing, insurance, or regulatory requirements applicable to your region.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services, deposits, retail products, and training may be processed online or in studio. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amounts.

Our policies for cancellations, no-shows, deposits, and refunds are outlined on our Studio Policies page. Services, once rendered, are non-refundable, but we may, at our discretion, offer adjustments or touch-ups to address reasonable concerns.

LED Lash Adhesive Disclaimer

The Lash Mentors uses professional LED-curing lash adhesive designed to reduce fumes, improve comfort, and provide fast curing. While LED systems are considered safe when used properly, individual reactions can still occur, including redness, irritation, or allergic response.

By booking a lash service, you acknowledge that:

• LED curing and LED adhesives carry similar risks to traditional lash adhesives.
• Sensitivity or irritation is still possible, even if you have had extensions before without issues.
• You are responsible for disclosing all allergies, eye conditions, medications, or past reactions prior to your appointment.
• Results and retention vary by client and cannot be guaranteed.

The Lash Mentors is not liable for adverse reactions or retention issues that arise from undisclosed sensitivities, medical conditions, or failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lash Mentors and its owners, staff, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
