Welcome to The Lash Mentors. By booking an appointment, enrolling in training, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

The Lash Mentors provides professional lash extension services (including LED lash extensions), lash lifts, and certified lash training programs.

Appointments & Services

Clients must be the age of majority in Ontario (or have parental consent).

All booking information must be accurate and up to date.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our posted policies.

Results may vary depending on natural lashes, aftercare, and individual sensitivities. We do not guarantee identical results for every client.

Training Programs

Course deposits and tuition payments are subject to our Training Policy.

Certification is granted upon successful completion of required practical and written assessments.

Course materials and manuals are for personal educational use only and may not be copied or redistributed.

Products

We strive to accurately represent our lash products and services; however, appearance may vary slightly from images shown online.

Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received before services are rendered or training spots are confirmed.

Liability

All services and products are provided “as is.”

The Lash Mentors is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, improper aftercare, or misuse of products. Clients and students are responsible for disclosing relevant medical or health conditions prior to services or training.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lash Mentors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

Intellectual Property

All branding, course content, manuals, images, and materials are the property of The Lash Mentors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

General

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate access to training if policies are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
